Meat Collective @ Jonai member Drew Hunt of Woodhouse Hill has donated an 11-year-old cow to raise more funds for the abattoir. It is a beautiful carcass with plenty of fat cap, and we are looking forward to trying the meat when we commence cutting on 16 June. All proceeds go towards the abattoir build.

This is a rare opportunity to try an older cow and see why we prefer them older!

Deliveries will be Sunday 22 June to our usual hubs in Footscray, Malvern, Northcote, Ballarat, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Woodend and available for farm gate pickup.
