Grown with love and compost produced on the farm with the help of Audrey - the rotating composting drum built by clever Stuart - these beautiful Australian purple hard-necked garlic are true paddock to paddock farming. We plant in late April, harvest in December, and cure for three to five weeks to ensure your garlic will last (if stored properly) for at least five to six months. Store in a cool, dry place, and enjoy local garlic right into winter! Make sure to get an extra couple of kilos to ferment to see you through the whole year!

Garlic is a once a year harvest, so if you don’t buy it now, either someone else is storing it for you, or you’re getting it from overseas if you buy it in winter.

NOTE: garlic orders will go out with our usual deliveries to Melbourne and regional hubs in January.
